BNB (formerly Binance Coin) is the native cryptocurrency of the BNB Chain ecosystem, which includes BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and BNB Beacon Chain. Originally launched as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum for Binance exchange fee discounts, BNB migrated to its own blockchain in 2019.
