Fully Diluted Valuation

What a project's market capitalisation would be if every token that will ever exist were in circulation today, at today's price. Abbreviated FDV.

FDV answers "what is this priced at if everyone who is owed tokens gets them". A large gap between market cap and FDV is not automatically bad, but it does mean today's price depends on tomorrow's supply schedule. Check the vesting terms before treating FDV as a valuation.
