Rising Wedge
Two upward-sloping boundaries that converge, with the lower line rising faster than the upper. It completes on a close below the lower line.
Price is still making higher highs, but each advance is smaller than the last — the pattern's whole content is that deceleration. It is read as bearish despite pointing upward, which makes it one of the few shapes whose name and direction disagree, and one of the most commonly misread as a result.
