Rug Pull
An exit scam in which a project's team removes the liquidity backing a token or dumps a large reserved allocation, collapsing the price and leaving holders unable to sell.
The mechanics are usually visible in advance rather than in hindsight: unlocked liquidity, a large creator holding, and a mint function that was never renounced. None of these is proof of intent, but together they describe a contract where an exit is possible.
