Triple Top
Three peaks at approximately the same level, completing when price closes below the lowest of the intervening troughs.
A double top with one more attempt. The extra touch is usually read as confirmation that the level is holding, though it cuts both ways: a level tested three times has also had three chances to break, and each test consumes some of the supply sitting at it. Rarer than the double top, so its published sample is smaller and its rate correspondingly noisier — the sample size beside the figure is not decoration.
