Upgradeable proxy — logic can change after launch

What it means
The contract is a proxy: the logic it runs can be swapped for different logic later.
Why a contract might have it
The standard way to ship a contract that can be patched. Most large, well-audited protocols are proxies, because an unfixable bug is worse than an upgradeable one.
When it matters
It means today’s audit describes today’s code. Whoever controls the upgrade key controls what the token does tomorrow.
